Don’t believe me? Consider this, would you swap places with 92 year old Warren Buffett, with a net worth of approximately $100 billion? I’m going to guess the answer is no. Which makes perfect sense, because whilst it’s an extreme example, it shows we value our time and life force higher than $100 billion dollars!

So the question becomes, how do you get the most out of your time so that you can live the life of your dreams, have amazing relationships and travel the world; all while having a genuine impact on the lives of your clients?

And the answer is that you need to create leveraged products and services that delineate your time from your impact and money. This could look like:

Moving from done for you services to done with you services

Transitioning from done with you services to do it yourself products

Creating software as a service

Anything that moves away from 1 on 1 coaching or consulting towards scaleable group coaching, masterminds or online courses

And you don’t just owe it to yourself to do this, you owe it to your ideal clients, to your market and to the people that they impact. Why? Because you have a wonderful gift for the world and you genuinely make a difference in the lives of the people you work with; and they genuinely make a difference in the lives of the people that they work with - it’s a huge ripple effect!

And if you are working in a 1 on 1 consulting model, there is a limit to how many people you can help, to how many people whose lives you can impact. In the broken 1 on 1 model you could help 20, maybe 30, or even 40 people per week - but eventually you start hitting the red line. You feel burnt out. You begin to fall out of love with what you do. I’ve seen it before. I’ve even experienced it myself.

You are doing a disservice to yourself, your clients and to your market by not creating a leveraged delivery model. You are meant to shine, to make a difference in this world, in the world of your ideal clients - and you need to do this in a way that allows you to show up everyday invigorated, full of life - as the best version of you!
